Santa even brought one of his reindeer!!
What a magical evening for McKenzie who is all about Santa this year!

Diaper Box Fun

McKenzie and Teagan entertained themselves with an empty diaper box.
Teagan fits in it well enough to be a present, but it is more fun to pile him up with his toys!
I am glad he is a good sport!!!

EMBC Preschool Choir

McKenzie is in the 2-3 yr old choir at church and they sang a few weeks ago in big church. They sang "Away in the Manager" and "Does the Baby Need a Blanket?" She did a great job!

Picking a Christmas Tree

We go to a tree lot and pick out our Christmas tree each year. We walk until we find the perfect one and then they come cut it down and load it up for us. This was McKenzie's 5th trip to the tree farm and Teagan's first. McKenzie holding on to Teagan to take a picture in front of the tree we picked!
Steven trying to get Teagan to stand by McKenzie for a picture with our Christmas tree!

It is really hard to get 6 kids to look at a camera all at once especially when the sun is in their face!!

MDO Pilgrim Picnic

McKenzie's Mom's Day Out has a Pilgrim Picnic before Thanksgiving. It is a chance for the kids to sing a few songs and the parents to eat lunch with the kids.

Teagan's Birthday!

OOPS!! I posted Teagan's birthday pictures backwards so keep looking for the cake pictures! 100 BALLS....a boys dream!!
Tub times just for me!

In the ball pit! It is soooo much fun!

Not sure to what make of Cookie Monster!

Teagan's First Birthday!!!

Teagan had a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse party for his 1st birthday! I don't think he knew what to think about the ears!
Getting ready to blow out his candle!

I think he likes his cake!! He had 2 blue hands and a blue head!

Teagan got cleaned up and changed clothes so he could open his presents!

McKenzie wanted to give him "balls that don't break"! I had to really search for some soft balls to get and finally find them when I thought I was about to head to Knoxville to continue my search!! Teagan has balls that stack in each other so when he throws them they break apart. McKenzie thought he needed some that wouldn't do that! He loved them and was ready to play ball as soon as he opened them!!

November Birthdays!

On the 7th of November my baby girl turned 4 and on the 29th my baby boy will be one. I just can't believe it!
McKenzie is turning into a lovely little girl. She can at times have the attitude of a teenager, but she is very sweet and loving most of the time. She is a great big sister and Teagan adores her! She amazes me everyday with what she is learning and I love to hear her talking and singing (especially when she doesn't know I am listening!). She thinks she is so big because she is now in a booster seat and using the big seat belt like Mommy and Daddy. It sure does make her look so big seeing her in that seat.
Teagan is all boy and growing up way too fast! He is just about always happy unless he is hungry or sleepy. He gets into everything! Just yesterday I caught him with both feet half way up on the gate that has him blocked from the kitchen. He loves to play with McKenzie and misses her when she is not home! He also loves to play ball, which just tickes his Daddy's soul. We will be celebrating his birthday soon, so be on the lookout for those pictures.
Happy Birthday, McKenzie and Teagan! Mommy and Daddy love you lots!

Baby Doll Party

McKenzie had her first official friends birthday party!
She had a baby doll party so all her friends got to bring their favorite doll!
Front Row: Mikayla, Chloe, Jay, McKenzie, Lydia
2nd Row:Laci, Meredith
Back Row: Maleigha, Iylie, Abigail
The girls stamped bibs for their baby dolls.

They also had stoller races! They loved racing out to Steven who was in the middle of the yard and then back to the starting line.

McKenzie blowing out 4 candles on her baby doll house cake!

I made her cake this year and she loved it!
It may not look like the magazine picture, but it tasted good
and my birthday girl thought it looked great!

Happy 4th Birthday, McKenzie!

McKenzie turned 4 on Nov 7.

She wanted to dress up in her princess dress to open gifts.

My Princess opening presents!

Now she can dance with the princesses!

Looking for another present!!
We saved her pink scooter for last and hid it behind the couch.
I think she thought we didn't get it for a split second!
McKenzie going to the rescue!!!
She specifically asked for a pink scooter so she could go to the rescue like Tigger and Pooh!

Teagan wanted to get in on the scooter fun!
Yes, he likes to ride up front! We ae thinking full body gear!

Trick or Treat

I wanted to get some good pictures of my Cheerleader and Roo before heading out to Trick or Treat. Here are a few pictures....Teagan did not want to sit still by himself or with McKenzie!

She wanted to pose with her pom poms. She did this by herself!

I did get one good picture before he turned to crawl away!! For those who don't know Steven has always been called Roo (nickname from the last name!) so I thought this costume was perfect! (Thanks, Mel for finding it for me!)
Me and my precious kids!
Steven and the kids!
McKenzie carred her bucket and Teagan's bucket to each door. She wanted to be sure Brother got candy, too!! Such a good big sister! Teagan was close by in the stroller!

EMBC Fall Festival

Our church holds a fall festival every year complete with inflatables, carnival type games that give away candy for prizes, hot dogs, cotton candy, popcorn, cake walk, silent auction and new this year were pony rides!!! It is a lot of fun and now that McKenzie is bigger she loves it! She goes and goes and goes until we make her sit to eat her hot dog or drag her to the car to go home! Her favorite thing is the inflatables...so check out the posts below! I didn't get much cooperation from either kid to get good pictures of them in their costumes together or seperatly so we will try again on Halloween...
McKenzie in her cheerleading costume!
Teagan in his Roo costume!
Teagan finally gave me a smile while he waited for his sister to come down the slide!

The BIG INFLATABLE MAZE

McKenzie loves this thing!! She wants to do it again and again!

Working her way through the hole.

Climbing up the "rock" wall. She did need a little help!
She made it to the top!

Now she gets to go down the slide! She absolutely loves this! Can you tell?
